The Rishikesh Kirtan Fest

About The Upcoming Event

Kirtan Fest is an event that serves to introduce people to India’s rich Vedic spiritual heritage through chanting, dancing and feasting. It will take place from March 1st to March 22nd in Rishikesh located in the foothills of the Himalayas on the bank of the sacred Ganges River.

Our day will start with an hour of Srimad Bhagavatam class given by one of our esteemed speakers that include Indradyumna Swami,  Govinda Swami and Bada Hari Prabhu.

Our festival team of fifty devotees will chant and dance through the streets of Rishikesh giving people a taste of kirtan and inviting them to our evening program.

The program begins with beautiful meditative kirtans which is the essence of the program. To get into the spirit of India guests will have the opportunity to dress in a traditional sari and makeup (gopi dots). The evening concludes with a sumptuous vegetarian dinner and guests are at liberty to enquire and discover more about Bhakti yoga.

This event will take place in the midst of the prestigious annual International Yoga Festival which attracts thousands of spiritual seekers from across the globe.
